Huta Szkla "Czechy" S.A. (Glassworks "Czechy" Joint Stock Company) is located in the region having long traditions of glass production.
Glassworks "CZECHY" SA, to fulfill higher and higher expectations of the customers from all over the world, made the investment - modernization of the furnace and batch house as well as installation of the fourth single gob machine in 2007. On the single gob production line we produce more complicated shape, heavier with thick bottoms, as for instance produced by Verrerie Brosse in France (Zignago Group) or Ramon Clemente in Spain.
At present we have in use four production lines, three double gob, 6-section row IS Machine and one single gob 6-section row IS Machine, manufactured by EMHART.
In 2001, the Company deployed Quality Management System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, which is systematically improved.
Our company is also cooperating currently with the best Italian technicians to solve any technical problem that could arise during production processes
Approx, 50% of our products is destined for export (the EU countries, the United States, Canada, Russia, Ukraine and to South America, Middle East and North Africa). We supply our products for such companies as Ulric de Varens, Sara Lee, Rubella, Ajmal, Eurovetrocap, Capardoni, Faberlic, Soraya and many others.
Huta Szkła "Czechy" SA offers modern, high-quality packages made from transparent glass to be used in the following industries:
- perfumes and cosmetics industry - 4-700 ml capacity
- spirits industry - 20-1000 ml capacity
- food industry - 30-700 ml capacity
We have our own mould-manufacturing department and an-in house design team, and we can easily introduce new packages, designed by us or by our customers, to our production. If you have your own ideas for new projects, we will evaluate them with pleasure.
