Poland has shortlisted generic drug maker Polpharma, distribution group Adamed and America's Perrigo Company as bidders for pharmaceutical company Polfa Warszawa, which is being privatized.
The shortlist was announced by drug sector privatization vehicle PHF.
Binding offers are expected at the beginning of April. Deputy Treasury Minister Jan Bury said the sale process should be completed by the end of May.
